Return Conditions
The product must be unused and in the original packaging.
All accessories, instructions and packaging should be complete.
Ineligible for Return
The following products will not be returned:
Used or damaged goods.

2. Refund Process

Please provide your order number, purchase date, and reason for the refund application.
Review and Approval
We will review your application after receiving it and give you feedback within 6 days.
Return address
After approval, we will provide a return address. Please send the product back to the designated address and ensure that the mailing method can provide tracking information.
Refund method
Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will arrange a refund as soon as possible, usually within 7 days. The refund will be returned through your original payment method.
3. Shipping cost
If the return is due to product quality problems or wrong goods, the shipping cost will be borne by us.
If you apply for a return for personal reasons (such as dislike, size does not fit, etc.), the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Please be sure to save the waybill and mailing receipt to check and track the return package.
